Our Guarantee & Return Policy

Our guarantee is very simple. If for any reason you wish to return* your MarkMender™ golf tool just send it back and we will gladly refund your entire purchase price. Further, in the very unlikely event that your MarkMender™ tool should break*, just return it to us and we will replace it free with two tools of the same material.

* Returns will be honored if they are requested within the first 90 days after purchase. Replacement for broken tools will be honored within one year of purchase and for tools broken during normal use.

The refund for the full sales price will be issued usutally within 1 week of receipt by Cranman Golf Products, LLC (CGP). The buyer is responsible for shipping costs including the cost to return items. There is no reimbursement for shipping, unless the reason for the return was due to an error made by CGP.
